User signed out

Hey Spartans,

I keep getting user sign out messages when i just try to play online with friends or just the game in menus. i have bought this on my Xbox one and now on steam. i don’t know why it keeps signing me out. i don’t think its because i own it twice for the same live account or what. both of the other places my account is on are turned off and im not signed in anywhere else. i tired signing out of the companion app and the Xbox app on the phone.

any help you can lend would be appreciated

I’m having the same issue now.

Same issue here. Happened when i signed into my friends Xbox. I signed back out of his xbox and i came back to my PC and i can’t seem to stay logged in anymore.

I’m having the same issue on Steam, and it just started occurring within the past hour or so; I have tried many different methods to stop the issue all to no prevail, including logging in and out again in game, deleting the cache files for signing in to the game, repairing the files on Steam, and even a complete reinstall. Someone in Steam discussions said it could be due to XBL being down, but even then so, wouldn’t the game give me an error message saying “Xbox Live is experiencing problems” or something within those lines? The game will let me join a match, but it quickly backs out and says “Active profile has been signed out”, in which has happened so often I have actually received a 5 minute cool down for “backing out” of matches.

It’s happening to me aswell I start I’m in for 1 minute and then active profile signed out

we need to bring this problem to 343i so that they listen to us, I also have this error( XB1 version)

Yup same issue, deleted profile and readded, reinstalled the game, checked unusual login activity, internet has been fine/unchanged nothing seems to work on the player side so hope they fix it soon

HAD THIS ISSUE SINCE THE 12th GAME IS UNPLAYABLE AND NO RESPONSE< WILL BE GETTING FULL REFUND SOON FOR ALL PURCHASED DLC ON STEAM> UNBELIEVABLE< YOU -Yoink- ON THE FRANCHISE AND CANT EVEN LET ME PLAY THE OLD ONES. FOR HELLS -Yoinking!- SAKE.
