There doesn’t seem to be a support forum here so best case scenario this thread is closed and I’m directed to where I can deal with this.
So I get into a match maybe 40mins ago and it’s super choppy, basically unplayable. It’s gotta be the connection I’m on, I figure. I leave the BTB match, I wanna emphasize that because it’s the only possible thing related to this, and close the game and reconnect using another source that’s usually better connection.
I open the game back up and I’m trying to load into another BTB match, but every time it loads it disconnects me. It matchmakes, it loads, it even goes to the map reveal cinematics, then disconnects. So I restart the game.
After that restart the playlist screen says User is Banned. Cue Pikachu Face.
- Never Cheated.
- First time ever leaving a match.
- Never AFK.
- Never sent a harmful message DM or game chat.
Right as I’m posting this the message went away and I actually JIP’d a BTB match, then disconnected after a sweet Needler kill, and the ban message came back! This is wild. What’s going on?
