because those are the most satisfying wins and your rank is performance based so you could still be positive. And also you only learn to be better by loosing and people that quit never get better they get lost. Also its a five minute ban grab a drink text your girl back do some pushups, take a deuce. There are much better uses of 5 minutes than expecting sympathy for being a quitter online when you dont see the guy who had to play 1v3 here complaining about you. Props to him for sticking it out if he did.
My best game of 3 was 2v5 on map with 3grav lifts we were down 20-30 made my friend pass sticks to my roommate we held the sword/ drain sides with screen looking no communicating just work we had put in the last 3 years as a team. We won 48-47 last kill was my roomate headshotting a guy after i threw a sicky from the bottom of ramp towards the right to me bridge our way blind using his screen and stuck one next to the one he was able to finish. So we won by 6 seconds and didnt give up. Never quit its a game and you wont form bonds of respect with your friends bailing on them.
I will give you that slayer needs separated from objectives though

at rank 43-45 at the time so not vs scrubs
at the end of the day you still abandoned your team and deserve a ban. Either ride it out or quit and you chose the later

Multiple quits will get you a ban. A combination of quits and crashes would get you a ban on the beta I know

Well I do crash alot 
I mean either way its a derank. Why waste time? Its Onyx level play everyones decent at the game so being outnumbered is significant.
