Word to the wise… you might want to steer clear of BTB for awhile until this issue is resolved.
After having the flight crash 3 outta the 5 times I’ve attempted to play a session of BTB I am now banned from playing anything involving the technical preview. No warning or notification was given concerning the duration of the ban, I can only assume it’s permanent or at least until this thread reaches the appropriate channels for a fix.

I am also banned. I’ve intentionally quit one game of Halo in years and it’s because my controller stopped working and I didn’t want to screw my team over. How disappointing.

Unless they resolve the issue it’s going to end up being a hell of a lot longer than that, assuming it’s of a snowball effect design. The more the flight crashes the more the punishment stacks until you’re out for the remainder of the weekend or worse.
No one likes quitters but as we’re testing you would think they could be a bit more relaxed with the ban hammer.

Can confirm 10-15 min ban, but uncertain of further severity of penalty.
Thanks for the heads up. Gonna play after work but I’ll avoid BTB. Halo’s bans are always silly but putting one in a tech preview is a head scratcher. Why would they do that?

BTB definitely seems to be more prevalent on the issue, but I just tried Social Arena as well and… still got banned again. Although, I was able to play more sessions without being disconnected.
