I was playing BTB with a friend and got into a match where he didn’t load in so I left and it now says “User is banned” and won’t let me matchmake. This is super frustrating because in EVERY OTHER HALO if you get banned for leaving it tells you how long its for. Then while playing BTB my game is almost stuttering off and on it makes it almost unplayable. Can someone give me any idea on how to fix this issue this is super frustrating and not a good look for Halo Infinite. As of writing this it lets me matchmake but it keeps on disconnecting me over and over again. What the hell is going on?
Just happened to a friend of mine when I got booted from the game when matchmaking. They didn’t even make it into the game before it banned them then. Very weird issue.

That’s strange, I’ve never had any troubles with the 0:00 timer. A friend of mine was banned for the first time and first offences are only five minutes. I would just keep trying to quit the game, come back in, try a match a few times. If that doesn’t work, contact support and explain to them the problem. They’ll see that you’ve done nothing wrong, and hopefully lift the ban.
It shouldn’t be anything too serious though. Good luck!
