Hi,
Anyone else get banned from matchmaking due to game crashes? I’ve had the game crash a lot when i try to adjust some settings such as push to talk bind while in game. it looks like banned me for “disconnecting”. Anyone else see this issue?
Also there is no time indication on when the ban will be lifted.

Same thing happened to me. Tried to join a game and it said “User is banned”. I submitted a ticket so I hope they’ll see it on Monday.

same issue, the game crashed, i try run again and the game don´t work, i reboot my pc and run the game then appear the banned message
As much as it sucks, strictly speaking this isn’t really an error. Leaving matches early gets you banned, even if it’s not your fault. I’ve gotten banned before myself in MCC and Halo 5 because the power went out in my apartment and the left the match.

Hello… you shouldn’t be banned as your not tagged with cheating… i think its a glitch…
head to halo support an submit a ticket…

Halo Infinite doesn’t have that system in it yet until final…
now I could be wrong…
but I don’t think that’s why

I’ve seen multiple threads now of people complaining they got banned because they were quitting games to play with their friends or some such, so my guess is that it is currently implemented and active. It could always be a bug in the flight though, who knows.

I got the same thing, except it didn’t tell me what I was banned for. Where does it say this?
This happenned to a friend after he crashed multiple times
He just tried again the next day and he was unbanned

It won’t say what the reason is. I just was guessing because my game was crashing a lot so my thinking is that the game bans you for leaving games.

Yea, I understand that, but I was getting this before the flight ended. I put in an appeal to be unbanned on the 27 of September (NZDT) but so far, no response. Hoping something happens before this weekend. Also, haven’t gotten the friend invite code, I’m assuming it’s got something to do with the ban.
I remember getting banned in MCC Insider Halo Reach for trolling the developers testing something, basically, I shot them and they were apparently on my side and not the BOTS, they were testing!
All the developers reported me and I got banned and that was the end 
So its probably NOT a good idea to Kill the developers they seem rather sensitive

This is a huge issue. Getting crashes and coming back to a ban only to crash again and get banned again. Buddy and I in the same Big Team Battle crashed at the exact same time even.
Dude, I just got banned because BTB wouldn’t stop crashing at all. What the actuall -Yoink- was 343 thinking I’d be a good idea to implement a ban system for leaving when your technical preview isn’t even stable at all!?
