I’ve seen this problem come up and be solved on the 360, but I’m getting the same problem on the Xbox One and their solution doesn’t work. So, I make a map in Forge and save it to Local Files. I exit out and go to play it later, but it says User Content Not Permitted. Any suggestions?
it is something to do with your family settings. You must enable User Created content in your Xbox Live account settings
