I recently bought an Xbox one about a month ago and so I got my profile back when I made my new one and on my other account. It had a halo reach so I started it up and I have all my stuff it just won’t let me access my share file or file share and I don’t know why I mean my everything is open everything and is good but it’s not letting me access my file share. Even in Forage or custom games it says the user content is not permitted.
That is because you have a new xbox and the only way I think you can access your file share is through cloud. On the xbox one you won’t need file share so it is useless now.
