User banned - no clue why

Had some connection issues today which meant that I couldn’t connect to games. Then I successfully played one and tried to team up with a friend also playing. The connection crashed and as a result my user is now banned (can’t connect to any game).

I have literally never been banned in any game before so I am a bit chocked (I am a 41 year old casual gamer with limited multiplayer skills). Please someone from the support team - please let me know what I did wrong - I have no clue what happened.

You get banned for leaving games early. That includes if your game crashes, or your connection drops. That’s probably what happened to you. It’s a necessary feature, but 343 really should have turned down the sensitivity or just turned it off for the flights since they’re expecting crashes and stuff.
