Hi all, new to xbox live although been playing halo since original xbox. So after playing around with our broadband filters we manage to get the halo waypoint site to load. But still being told user not authorised for halo 5 so no online services available. Please help as been trying since Christmas to get my son to play his mate online.
Are you having problems connecting to www.halowaypoint.com, or are you having problems getting online in Halo 5?
I think it’s trouble with all online bits, we can play fifa, forza online but just can’t do any thing with halo 5
Usually a user not authorized error means the permissions on the account youre signed into need adjusted for online play. Try checking your Accounts settings from the Xbox One Dashboard and that theres no multiplayer-related restrictions turned on.
Done that and there is no restrictions. It’s only halo 5 that does this, just can’t use any online bits
