Well see that’s the problem with that chart. Thorne (the spartan 4) is taller than Noble 6. Thorne is 6’10 while noble 6 is 6’9. There are 3 known spartan 4’s that are 7-7’1ft. Them being Ray, Demarco, and Hoya. And in the H2A prologue and epilogue it is shown Locke being face to face to a Elite Major. So this what made me wonder this question seeing how all of those guys being tall before being a spartan.

Had no intention of dissent, I think i was trying too hard to be “that guy”, my apologies lol. Id assume Locke is shorter than Chief, MC is a pretty large Spartan. I do know that in the series nightfall, Locke was 6’3 but from halo 5 trailers of Locke, seeing him in comparison to other characters, I would assume he is in the 6’8 to 6’10 range.
