URGENT: GAME WONT EVEN START!

Hi,

I pre-orded Halo :TMMC and picked it up on the day of release in the UK. I started playing it and enjoyed it. The next day I went to play it again and it will not load at all. My Xbox one keeps saying that Halo:TMMC is taking to long to load. I do not understand why this is I have had the 58gb update and I have also uninstalled it and reinstalled it however it still keeps showing the same problem. I can understand that there will be al ot of problems with the game as it is new but this problem is ruining my Halo experience. I am very disappointed and I hope you can fix the issue soon. Please give me any information if there is anything I can do on my behalf that will ALLOW ME TO PLAY THE GAME! I played for 2 hours since launch and haven’t been able to play again!

as you can imagine I am very annoyed but I am holding in my anger because there are a lot of other people throwing to towards 343… however these issues of match making mean absolutely nothing if I can even got past the first ******* load screen! I paid £50 for a game that worked for 2 hours. This is not impressive. rant over please find time (quickly) to allow me to play even the campaigns.

My digital pre-order on the Xbox Live won’t even play! Welcome on board!

Mine is a hard copy which is just as upsetting…

Have you tried cleared out bluray and disc options?

I didnt even know that existed but I will give it ago

Hehe try it :slight_smile: Options > Disc and bluray and you should find it. I have it in Swedish but can’t translate those word into english :stuck_out_tongue:

thank you for the advise but it still doesn’t work, it just said it takes to long to load again I have cleared it twice :confused:

hmm, do you have an digital or hard copy of the game?

hard copy of the game…but when I go to start up the game it just goes to the first loading screen with no sound and then it closes and says it has taken to long to start… :confused:

Have you tried clearing the cache? Hold the Xbox power for about 10 seconds.
I had a problem with the game not launching, and then I cleared the cache and it started running again.

that worked! thank you all so much! I feel like such an idiot for not knowing that about my xbox but thank you so much! I can finally see what these other problems are like for myself xD Thank you again
