Least fun Assault map. Just finished a game where the defenders spawn trapped us and spawns never switched around like they do other maps. -Yoinking!- sucks.

Yeah, it’s an interesting one - seems to me the best/only way to defend the first base is to spawn trap the attacking team. If you wait inside your base then you are handing it to the attackers. Stinks of poor design to me and I think the solution is to:
- Block one or more of the ways in to make it harder to attack
- Improve the spawn location of the attacking team to make it harder/impossible to trap them
The whole map needs cover.
Especially the core, shouldn’t be able to post up anywhere and shoot Cross map at deffenders. (Core)
I suggest conveniently sized and elevated billboards, down the slope from core’s doorways.
To protect from cross map high points.
…garage… the crate with 3 poorly placed boxes for blue second floor access needs to be easier to climb and not completely exposed.
…armory… Red is holding off attacks from all sides not just 1 or 2 like other maps.
So keeping urban’s armory is a miracle unless blue sucks.
