Would a urban forge canvas with a city skybox/backdrop seem like a good idea?

I think a city backdrop, and if it’s copy paste Skyline’s then I’d want every Halo map made on there.

It probably wouldn’t make sense to have a city backdrop if there was nothing on which to actually forge on. An official map in a city might be the better option since making a fully detailed city large enough to be considered a forge canvas would likely be immensely difficult.
Might have the budget to create your own city theme. Distant skyscrapers won’t need much detail.

New Mombasa 
You could probably strategically place low detail buildings so that it’ll look like a city skyline, but I don’t think 343 ever specifically had city forging in mind.
