I just joined this site and I’m trying to figure out how to upload my service record from the game onto here. I don’t exactly want to look at this and see myself as a brand new noob lol

Is that the account you play on? I’m pretty sure it needs to be that account to see your stats.
As above, you need to make sure and sign into Waypoint with the email and password that’s associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. If you go to Xbox.com and sign in and make sure it pulls back the correct details, use those same details here on Waypoint and it will pull in the correct tag. Once you do that you service record will show all the correct stats on your profile
