Just an interesting idea I had. If you have XBox Live access, you can go to this website and upload your own, personal emblem (maximum size of, say, 500x500), to be used in Halo 4. Anything with the color code #FFFFFF (or 255 red, 255 green, 255 blue) will not show up in the game, and, of course, explicit images will result in punishment for the user, possibly having this privelage revoked.
There would be too many explicit, and probably more importantly; copyrighted, images uploaded. I doubt there would be any way for them to police such a feature effectively.
