Hi, I’m not totally sure if this is the right place for this, but I’ve been having a weird problem with H4 online. I started out unavailable to look up file share files or have a guest in matchmaking - I found out this is because i was using a 14 day gold trial, so I upgraded to gold (monthly payment via the H4 $1 Gold promotion), but I still can’t search for file share files or look at anybody’s file share (it shows a locked icon next to it). I can, however, upload things to my own file share. It seem like I’m partially being treated as still a trial member, although I technically now have a legitimate gold membership.
Interested to know if anybody else has suggestions / shares the same problem.
