So anyone besides me think that 343 should update the user interface for the multiplayer menu? I don’t like that it kind of restricts players from interacting with each other and its confusing when choosing teams before the game starts. In previous Halo titles you could see the gamertag of each player and see who was going to be on your team. I also enjoyed the map voting system since I don’t like the game choosing where the match will be and leaves it up to us. And it’s awesome that they created a mute all feature, but what about muting a specific person? Gone. What Halo 5 is missing in their multiplayer is more user interaction between players and better organization of teams pre game.
You can mute individual players. Hi-light their name and mute them. Especially useful for the kind and considerate people who leave their kinect on so that you can hear their family screaming in the background or the heavy breathers who get too worked up.

I agree Halo 5 has the weakest UI of all the Halo games, and they’ve done nothing noticeable to improve it.
Idk who they paid to make the UI, but they don’t need to hire him for that role ever again.
The UI is
- glitchy
- boring and uninspired (the main menu screen is even more boring than Halo 4’s)
- it’s not very social
- backing out of playlists just doesn’t work half of the time
- we need to be able to mute indivisual players, view players’ armor, stats, stances, commendations and much more
What boils me it’s you cannot swap from game modes without needing to reload the whole damn menu after a match

And the fact that req menus seems to always being broken, also sometimes in warzone you get stuck with no reqs, not even the loadout weapons, even more frustrating when playing turbo
