When I turn on my console after having shut it down using the controller option and try to select Playlists I get a message saying “Updating Playlists…Please Wait.” I have waited ~10 minutes each time with no success. Hard resetting the console by holding the power button then allows me to enter the playlists as expected, but the next time I want to play I need to turn the console on and hard reset again. The walk from the couch to the entertainment center isn’t too bothersome and it’s great exercise, but I can’t shake the feeling that this is terrible for the console hardware.
Any suggestions, updates, or workarounds?
