Just got promoted that I need to restart halo 5 for the available update!! Just a not I had to restart my Xbox and then log back in and start halo 5 for it start downloading! So excited! Finally the aiming will be fixed and I can see all my badass medal! Not to mention BTB. I will also add that I am central time zone in United States

I’m being told to restart and update, but when I do, no update comes. Now I can’t play matchmaking because it wont let me until I update, but it never prompts me to do so.
It is taking forever. Been 15 minutes and still only 8 percent. I have a good internet connection too typically download games in about 2 hours. This might be the real deal boys!
6.2 GB update coming in right now
I did a hard reset and when I launched Halo, a 6GB update started.

Restart your Xbox and then sign in and open halo 5
This could be it. An actual download.
Unplug your Xbox from the wall wait 10 seconds plug back in login and go to Halo 5 update will begin

It’s 6.5 GB… It better be the real deal.
Better hope this is “The Update” otherwise my brain is going to explode.
Yup same here, 6.2 GB update.
Don’t put all your eggs into one basket… or don’t get your hopes up… something.
This update may not “fix” everything, even if it does change everything.
