I hadn’t had any problems with the playlists or single player pre-patch, but now I can’t even continue my playlist, since it just sticks at this screen when I select playlists from the main menu.
I have the same problem is there a fix for this?
same problem. sigh 343 always seems to screw up something else while fixing something.
Try deleting your local saved data. You’ll redownload it from xbox live when you start the game again.

Tried it. Deleting local saved data fixed it for me.
I’ve had exactly the same problem since I got the game 3 weeks ago.
If I delete the “local saved data” what exactly do I lose?
I don’t want to have to download 40Gb of updates again, this means another 2 days with the Xbox as a brick instead of what I bought it for.
Actually I’ve found if I just shutdown the Xbox completely & restart MCC, the playlists are working again.
I’ve had this issue for about two weeks now, I fixed it by deleting the game install and reinstalling all (all 55+ GB of it ugh) and it fixes the issue but it’s happened again now. Pretty annoying stuff
It seems that if you close the game out, then do a cold boot (hold down the power button on the actual Xbox for 10 seconds), and then reboot the Xbox and retry it your problem should be fixed.

I have had the same problem, twice! I reinstalled it last time I had the problem and it worked but I don’t want to do it again… 3 days before Halo 5 comes out, by the time I reinstall it, I will be playing h5 and won’t be caring anymore this is annoying!!!
