I apologize for posting a seemingly repeated thread, but I am just following an XBL customer support agent’s advice. Here is my situation:
- I updated my live ID email AND contact email a month ago, yet it did not update on Microsoft’s end (according to the agent).
- I have played halo 4 from 11/6 to the present, and am 17 years old, so that is not the issue.
- I have not received an email for the specializations.
I scrutinized the sticky about the emails and could not find a situation like this, so again if I am describing something already said I’m sorry. Could someone please tell me if I will still receive a code if Microsoft JUST updated my email?
