Update took away my leaders?

Last night everything was working fine this morning I went on, it restarted because of an update, at first most of the leaders were missing when I went into a game I thought it’s fine they’ll come back soon probably but when they did almost all of them were locked and purchasable from the store. Has this happened to anyone else? Bit frustrating how serina is on my service record as most successful leader but now I need to buy almost all of them. AGAIN

Hard reset your XBox (hold the power button for ~10 seconds). Happens a lot during updates, and this will fix it.

You dont need to purchase anything again.

I just close the game and reopen it and that seems to fix it, no hard reset needed.

Sometimes I just grab my Xbox and pump it full of head-light fluid, works every time.

Sarcasm aside this happens a lot, its annoying but like many others before me have said reset your game. If that doesn’t work then hard reset your Xbox, pls don’t go buying all the leaders again.

That happened to me with the patch right after the Yappening. I just closed the game application entirely (did not turn off my XBox One), then restarted the game. That did the trick.

It isn’t exclusive to the update just a bug I guess this happens to a lot of people so don’t worry just do a reset
