Just figured I’d give people a heads up - I just got the TU and played some matchmaking to find that my loadouts had been reset (DMR, Magnum, Frag Grenades with everything else blank). It was a little jarring when I tried to use my Hardlight Shield but found that it didn’t do anything. 
So you might wanna set them up again before hopping in to MM.
Didn’t happen to me, after the update I played 2 games of Flood and my loadouts are fine.
The loadouts resetting issue isn’t related to the TU, it happened before it as well

Ah really? Must have been a coincidence then. My bad, guess I should have found it strange that there weren’t any threads complaining about it.

Things that have been happening before seemed to have popped up when the update went live. For example, I had to redownload my specialization’s code due to a hiccup that has been going on for a bit with LE players.
It’s all coincidence at best.
It didnt happen this time but Myself and at least 2 other friends have had this happen randomly even without TU. Like we get off for a bit come back and out loadouts are blank/default loadout with assualt rifle/dmr and magnum
