How do you turn off the weapon Randomizing in the ammo box. Went to properties and selected Hammer. Went in to player mode and it came up hydra. So what did I mess up?

Looks like you cannot turn off the weapon randomizer. That really sucks! 
Ok screw it! I just put the weapons on the walls.
Why? The reason most users “WANT TO KNOW WHERE THEIR WEAPONS ARE LOCATED!” . From what I have read that most user’s don’t like randomizing weapons!
I will “NEVER” have randomizing Weapons or Vehicles in my maps PERIOD!
