I finally got my own Xbox one in my room and I’m trying to get halo 5 to work. It installed pretty quick, but the update is taking forever and installation stopped keeps coming up. I’ve let it download for 5-7 hours since I got it 2 days ago and it’s at whopping 13%. I’ve tried hard restarting my Xbox, resetting my router, and couple other little things. My wifi has always been bad. My download speed right is about 1.06 Mbps. Is there anything I can do to try to update it faster, or am I gonna have wrinkles by the time is ready?
Sorry OP but it’s just going to be a case of waiting for it to finish. The full file size of the digital version is a little over 80GB at the moment, so if you’ve only got 1mbps to play with, I’m afraid it’s going to take time. I would avoid any hard resets or cancelling it as you’ll just delay the download. If possible, see if you can go wired instead of wireless as that may give you a small boost in speed

Oh okay, understandable. I’ve left my Xbox alone to let it download since I wrote that post and it’s gone up to 49% so progress is being made aha. Thank you for the fast reply & assistance!
