I have done the update for Halo 5 and after it was finished, the game cant load up my save data and I cannot go into warzone or arena . I have done the hard reset and I have also re installed the game,I have also check my internet connection for multiplayer and the web. What went wrong?

Same here. Loads a saved game and tries to start it but then returns to the Xbox Home Screen.
Same problem here. It goes back to Home screen after update and acquired REQ packs.

When i load the game i get the error message “Error authorizing user with halo 5: Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes.”
Btw mine is a downloaded version.

Same issues. Able to load saved game from yesterday on campaign, but if I save one today and try to reload, it kicks me to Xbox one home screen. This is a true inconvenience…
Same here as well. I also noticed that unlike before, the date for the savegame is somewhere around the stone age or what not. Like 50 000 years ago. My xbox date settings were correct. Maybe the issue is related to that.
In campaign anytime I try to reload a checkpoint it closes Halo completely.
Can’t play multiplayer at all. Just sits there “searching for spartans” but Single player seems fine for me. Just resumed my Legendary save.

I started a new mission and the saves seem to work fine with that. Lost some progress on the previous mission but had only begun a Legendary run through.
