it’s averaging 1% every 10 to 20 minutes and currently stuck at 84%. My download/upload speed is 16.8/5.7. What is going on? I started install 5 hours ago and reinstall (offline) and updating 2 hours ago. A 15GB download should not be taking this long. Did I do something wrong?
