I update my xbox and is amazing. Now i only wait for the update for halo 5.

If you have the disk for the 360 game you can put it in and it will download a digital copy for you.

Sort of.
Putting the disk in will install the game from the disk, just like an Xbox One disk game. You will still need to insert the disk to play it, just like an Xbox One disk game. If your 360 game was originally a downloaded game, then it should show up under “ready to install”, and you can re-download it from there.
