I have automatic update just like everyone else, I put my disk in and the update would not work, I uninstalled the game and put the disk in again and the disk will not re-install the game. There is nothing wrong with the disk it’s like new, I even went to someone else’s Xbox One and put my disk in and the game started right up and did the download, I have spent over an hour with Xbox support and they had me do everything except change the oil on my car. So Halo here I am, on your forum, because there is no phone number for your site. Now I can imagine some of the calls that you would get but you should have a line that you can filter some of the non really screwed up complaint’s like mine. One more thing that I find odd is when I put the disk in to still try and get it to work, it brings me to the Xbox store which at first was irritating but now I find really funny.
