My Xbox said H5 was taking up about 46GB (which is the amount before the update). I hard reset my Xbox, and the size jumped to 54.8GB. However, the percentage of my storage used did not change and my bandwidth shows no activity for a 9GB update that would have downloaded. Do I have the update? Or do I need to reinstall?
UPDATE: Turned xbox off for a while, came back and it showed the progress bar and my storage percentage went up.
Reinstall it most likely. I honestly don’t know though so don’t take my word for it.

What probably happened was - your update downloaded earlier but for some people the size remained at 46.1 even though the updated was definitely downloaded. If it’s at ~55 you’re good to go

I hope so! I know I had this problem with MCC, and I just reinstalled the whole thing

Don’t reinstall it. Just set your xbox to instant on, turn it off for a while, come back and turn it on and see if its updating showing the % progress bar (or check the bandwidth meter).
