Actually both versions are correct in real world and business. It depends. So in actuality, it does not matter what YOU consider, it matters what 343 considers.
Well 343 are in Seattle, Seattle is in America and American calendars have Sunday as the first day of the week.

Would love to play this weekend so hopefully friday at the latest
Hoping for a release on Friday that way mm is fully populated this weekend.
Hopefully the delay removes the need for more and more patches in the future.

Technically in the USA a typical work week starts on Monday. So…
