so my friend was talking about an update that comes after the firefight update, an update that only consists of user-requested things like the falcon and oddball etc.
apparently they talked about it on E3
can anyone confirm this?
All they talked about was Halo Wars 2 IIRC.

The only hint at it are apparent twitter conversations from 343 hinting support after wzf (as seen in various other posts around on waypoint)

I was hoping for a bit more and was pretty surprised when it was just Halo Wars 2
Does anyone know if they use the micro transactions for updates and HCS only or do they go to their profits as well?
Personally, I suspect that after wzff, halo 5 moves towards the update time line that bf3 and bf4 had late in their cycles.
What I mean is we’ll get quarterly updates. BF3 and BF4 had the spring update, and then the summer update, ect. I bet that’s what we get with Halo 5.

To be fair, that could just mean they aren’t going to shut down the servers in August.

probably until a year up to halo 6 there will be things like events and such, maybe even more updates albeit not monthly, im not sure about that tho…i have no clue about how true these “confirmations” are or what they actually confirm xD

I don’t see them slowing down after fire fight, not when they still stand to make millions off of us by releasing small updates like they have and then charging 5$-25$ for req packs to go with them. I could see them slowing down after HW2, but as long as they are making money, they will keep giving us reasons to keep giving it to them.

Lol. Summoning Mods with donuts is blasphemy. You need to offer those donuts with a side of salty tears, side of hunters with an elite using the sword for eating a frosty, glazed and nutritional veggie donut.
