I am worried that the vote results might not be as accurate as they could be. There are many people that don’t know what TU stands for. I think that TU should be spelled out in the game title. So people without a doubt know what it means.

I think that 343 should just go and make it TU status anyway. I honestly don’t think that 90% of Reach’s player base care.

Maybe…but voting is a good thing to have. I’m glad they are literally letting the community decide.

There’s also the problem that there’s a good percent there that have never gone to these forums and have no idea what the title update even is and therefor they’ll unknowingly vote for the settings just to find out what they are.

Well that’s the whole point isn’t it? To figure out which one you truly prefer.

If we could really consider 90% of the Halo Reach casuals as “community”, how come none of them have heard of 343i? Or even the title update? Most of them STARTED with Reach so we can’t consider them the “Halo community”. The TU should just be put in place regardless of their opinions. The population will not drop. Ever since the TU, the population has slowly risen to an average of 90K people online EVERY DAY. A greater amount than that in early 2011.

I do agree. But how sweet it will be when this vote happens and the Title Update wins out any way.

Well they have to do something. They can’t just throw it in and not tell anyone about anything.

I’m pretty sure they have detailed all of their playlist updates with a pop-up in the menu.

The messages pop up on the Anniversary disk if you haven’t started it since the last update.
