Just tried to resume my Halo 4 campaign on Legendary. And before i even saw the game after clicking resume, it went straight to a black screen with “Untracked build, won;t upload” in red small letters at the top left of my screen. I quit the game, reloaded halo, and it showed again. Tried restarting the game from the start menu of halo 4, and it does nothing, nor does restarting from last checkpoint. Quit the game again, this time restarting the level again and it works.
I had the same thing happen to me and it was not even on Legendary. I have NEVER seen this in a game. This happened to me last night.
Me and my buddy have seen the same. You essentially have to play each mission fully otherwise it won’t load sometimes.
I’ve had this happen a few times now. Always on Halo 4, and always as I finish a level. Luckily it let me resume at the start of the next level both times, so nothing was lost aside from some time.
just happened to me. Is there going to be a patch for this? Game didnt save after completing 1st mission and getting the black screen w/red text
Have the black screen of death (untracked build. Wont upload) I paid for 4 games not 3. Would 343 accept $30 instead of $60 probably not so I need a fix and feedback as to why I can’t play the full game, this is not fair and nobody is reaching out to discuss this error.

I am doing the LASO playlist and this happened to me on Infinity near the end. This was the second time as well. I am so incredibly disappointed in how this has been handled. Doing LASO drains you and this just makes it even worse. I am too afraid to play because I don’t want it to be for nothing. My plan is to wait and see if they fix it so I can continue from where I left off. The campaign patches need to catch up to the matchmaking patches. Note: It use to show the black screen, now it gets stuck at the loading screen and force quits the game.

Yep. Same issue here. Can’t continue H4 LASO because of this. Super frustrating.
