Has anyone seen this? I completed a Campaign level and it took me to an all black screen just saying in red text in the upper left had corner, incredibly small, “Untracked Build, Won’t Upload” and it crashed my game, I had to force it to quit at the dashboard.
likely caused by the update (or lack thereof, if you havent updated) as that would be a different build.

I’ve updated me game and i had the same issue. The good thing however is that this is only affecting halo 4, or so it seems

Had this happen in Halo 4 just after completing a level and before the next cut scene loading. Reboot fixes it, but its been sketchy for me as far as saving my progress when it happens.
I had the same issue, all of the following failed:
- quiting and restarting- Reboot X1- C1old reboot X1- Go back ot last checkpoint etc.- Didn’t want to do a Re-install
When I used the manage game option, I opted to delete my saved data (about 25 MB), you have a number of options, I selected on this console only.
Restarted game, waited a few minutes for the resync with Xbox LIve to complete and everything was back to normal, nothing lost and game started properly. Worked for me, might work for you, you do it at yoru own risk.
As for the update, finally managed to play a few multiplayer games today, so improvement are having some impact.

This was a launch bug.
