I was playing the mission “Infinity” on Halo4 when i got a black screen with red text saying “Untracked build, won’t upload”
Pressing the home button, quitting the game and starting it again fixed it, nonetheless the bug should be fixed.

Received the error code again now on Mission “reclaimer”
received it again after trying to resume game on Legendary, active skulls; grunt birthday party, cowbel, iwhbyd
Same problem in Halo 4 Mission 3: Requiem.
Had to quit entire game, then reboot…
