UNSC vs enforcer rush

What’s best strat to combat enforcers?
Snipers? Jackrabbits? Mass infantry?

Jackrabbits

I do fine with Infantry and Leader.

Having used the enforcer rush a good bit myself, I’ve found it’s most reliably countered by Jackrabbit play.

Upgraded JRs or just lots of them?

I’ve seen both work, but upgraded is definitely better for the very slight DPS increase and the ability to disengage and heal.

On another note, never go Infantry against enforcers. They absolutely shred marines and you can’t pump snipers fast enough to cope. I actually build enforcers instead of rangers a lot of the time as Arbiter since they’re so good against infantry.

I feel grenade marines backed by leader and turrets do well. just dont engage them in the open.

Hellbringers?

Enforcers are broken at the moment. They can cloak, and are basically anti-everything. Against a skilled player, nearly impossible to beat. I have had limited success with the following

  • Turtle, mass upgraded hellbringers - UNSC(Cutter,Isa,Anders). Fast rush(Less than 3:00) hero unit and few marines, 1 or 2 hellbringers. Use spartan to GnP enforcers and marines and hellbringers to finish them off.

First enforcers can’t cloak, second they’re not broken and can be effectively countered by scout vehicles. Ghosts and Choppers especially. As much as enforcers cost, if you lower their effectiveness any no one will build them anymore.

I you’re talking about Mass Cloak then all units are broken because they can cloak as well.

Actually they can cloak with mass cloaking.

um enforcers are not broken. you can easily beat them with hellbringer spam, hellbringers cost less.

simply scout if you see 2 raid camps its obv there enforcer spamming which means tech 2 is delay so just put 2 barraks down gey gernade throw double pump hellbringers and marines. set a rally for your base and splot about 40 pop groups. go to his base and defend with units/turrets

So can every other unit that Shipmaster or Arbiter builds, not the point he was making. Enforcers do not have a cloak ability themselves. On top of that this thread is about enforcer rushing, a tier 5 leader power wouldn’t be available during a rush. Think a bit before you post.

How bout Banished (Colony or Atriox specifically) vs enforcer rush? I’ve only fought it once, and if I remember correctly I got wrecked.

Choppers/Engis having your hero helps but with stasis grenades and their effectiveness against infantry they will need support. If they’re massing enforcers you should beat them to tech 2 so once you have it go rangers.

Suicide grunts work great. Send a few in and then mop up with your other units.

With Colony I go Hunter Captain with Suicides and Skitterers.

They are broken(against unsc). Enforcer rush is playing on easy mode. I can understand wanting to give Arb a special unit, but they seem just a bit cheesy for a t1 unit.
