if MP and spartan ops take place 6 months after campagin then why do all thehuman buildings etc look like theyve been there for decades

Which human structures are we talking about here? The ones on Vortex?

I don’t think there were any like that in Spartan Ops (I may be wrong). As far as MP goes, it all takes place in a simulation room on the Infinity, so they could fight in ancient Rome with unicorns and laser guns if they wanted.
