So i think a lot of fans are tired of the hornet or the falcon. Although seeing them return IMO would be amazing! But i was thinking how about a new vehicle. I’ve always been curious to see how the vulture or the hawk would feel like. If you havent played halo wars you probably dont know what i mean. Check them out though, these vehicles are so awesome i think everyone would like to give them a try. Anyway its been confirmed no UNSC aircraft that we can pilot will be in the game AT LAUNCH. Weird terminology there but im hoping we see something new. Thoughts?
I mean seeing the Hornet and Falcon in Halo 5 would be nice. Although, I can see that some people would want to see something new.
Maybe more of a banshee/jet aircraft than the more VTOL approach of the Hornet and Falcon?
In any case, I would like to see more vehicles with multiple seats, air or land.
That would give more incentive for teamwork, that’s why a lot of people liked the falcon.
aircraft… Back in halo wars if I was covenant I would have an army of vampires, and if I was unsc it would be 2-3 vultures with scorpions and odsts on standby. Tbh I think adding in the vulture is a bit like adding in the grizzly but the hawk I don’t see why not.

Falcons really did encourage teamwork so yea i miss that way more.

They need to bring back the falcon. It’s the only vehicle in halo that required teamwork other than the warthog. I don’t care what new vehicles they add to the game, unless they require teamwork. Halo already has enough one man vehicles. If the phaeton was 2 or more seats, I would be far more excited.

yeah, in custom games when you had to wait for the noob to get on the gun and you couldn’t leave him because you don’t have a gun. Fun times. Either way the thing with the hornet is that although it is multiple seats, unless the side seat guys have flag or ordanance or something you don’t need them

Like the one in Halo: Contact Harvest?
To be honest, I think the Phaeton has kind of taken the Hornet’s role, and while I love the Hornet, it would be a little redundant. The one thing the Falcon has is the ability to be used for transporting team members, but I don’t think it’s unique enough. A UNSC aircraft should, in my opinion, serve a very different function to the other two. Maybe something like a bomber, less of an attack craft and more of a powerful vehicle that specialises in taking out ground forces.
