UNSC need hogs at start

UNSC needs hogs at start just like Banished gets choppers at the start this would even things out.

im not sure whats jackrabbit are meant to be good at. ghosts are good at just scouting cause of their shield and speed, choppers i think are meant to be good at general scouting and against infantry for early game map control and its not just because they are op, but i dont know what the devs idea for the jackrabbit to be good at as a scout.

also skitters are obviously good for supporting units in an offensive way

edit: after doing minor tests, i think jackrabbits are meant to be good for fast scouting and swarming while ghosts are meant to be good for general scouting and and general attacking.

This isn’t HW1 dude, and even back then the Hog rush was pretty broken.

No, the Marauder is the equivalent to the Hog.

The T1 vehicle is the Jack Rabbit. It should be getting adjustments in the next patch so don’t worry.

Jack rabbits are supposed to be T1 scout vehicles. You can scout and pick up resources with them, they also had like 4 of the first 6 months of total dominance, the new patch should bring them more in line with the rest of the scout vehicles.

So what I’m trying to say is that the JR has the same role as the Ghost and Chopper.

ur not getting what i mean, what does the scout jackrabbit suppose to be good at besides scouting. each scout is good at something besides scouting except ghost wich are just good for scouting. also, i know jackrabbits use to be op.

As a vehicle it is strong against infantry.

No need. They are already planning a balance of scouts in the next update.

Banished don’t get choppers at the start and neither should they.

Yes but all that UNSC has is Marines for early game that don’t have any vehicles Expect for jack rabbits which completely useless now they need some kinda vehicle
for early game I suggest hogs there ways debuff and buff up units at least try get it close that’s all I am ask right either play as Banished or get kill by playing UNSC. Which as UNSC you will get killed by overwhelming jumpback brutes and choppers what suppose to do against choppers which have

I get the idea of this, but how about instead of creating a ton of re-work to how warthogs work and jackrabbits work - they just increase the effectiveness of the Jackrabbit?

I mean it would be nice to have a scout unit with Ram early on to make it more on par with the other units, but the warthog is already a defined vehicle in the UNSC vehicle depot. If they removed it, then they would have to replace it globally. That’s a lot of re-work. Instead, a tweak to the damage, cost, speed, time to build, and other various things could be addressed in a much faster way with less work so they can work on other things as well.

I get what your saying, but I think that instead of changing it they could re-work the unit itself to be better or even look at the other scout units and see what qualities they have that might always be unfair compared to the jackrabbit. Lots of fun things.

If they buff Jackrabbits and nerf Choppers you should be good when it comes to vehicles, and you’ve got Hellbringers and Snipers to deal with Brutes.
