Trying to play multiplayer results in just a looping UNSC logo, yet I’m seeing videos on YouTube of people playing other people and not just the training mode bots. When going into training mode I get the message, “ATTENTION A fireteam member’s online safety settings do not allow them to view community creations. [OKAY]” What does that even mean? What safety settings, and what community creations? How do I change them, and is this why I can’t play multiplayer?
The only way I know to get the UNSC logo is if you’re trying to play outside of the registered times for matchmaking. That’s when matchmaking is down and trying to go into the menu results in the logo until you leave. I don’t know about the training mode issue however as it’s the first time I’ve heard of it. If you can’t figure it out, I’d recommend creating a ticket on the support page if you can. It’ll at least make sure they know it’s happening even if they can’t fix it before the flight ends.
