Unsc logo blinking and no matches…September Flight

I can’t find matches, every time I select multiplayer the unsc logo flashes forever and never loads.
Sometimes I can get in, but I end up playing just one game and then it starts again…

anybody with the same issues???

There are specific playtimes where matchmaking is available. From 10am-2pm PT and from 5pm-9pm PT.
