No. It’s pulled in by the Prometheans that are already on Requiem.

While the Infinity was being pulled into Requiem (most likely by whoever has the weird didact symbol), they lost all power and control of the ship. Which caused the Infinity to temporarily crash into the jungle. It wasn’t gunned down by anything and since it is the hub in which we launch Spartan OPs/War Games, it’s safe to say it’s not going to be destroyed in Halo 4.
