So this is disturbing my brothers. I’m super excited about this but I cannot find anything about the unsc shotgun. Please tell me you have more information to help ease my pain.
And if it’s a matter of balancing, the forerunner shotgun could be a longer range gun, and the usmc one could be better at close range. Please I need comfort.

Just for the record, it isn’t USMC. Thats United States Marine Corps. Halo deals with the UNSC, United Nation Space Command. Im sure the shotgun we know is going to return. It just hasn’t been shown yet.

Well USMC could stand for United States Marine Core. Which would make sense since Spartans are Marines…II’s anyways. But still US? There is no United States, there is only Unite Nations

Anyway, the reason we haven’t seen the Shotgun is because in Halo 4 it is a loadout weapon, not an ordinance drop, or power weapon. And in the E3 build loadout weapons were limited to the AR, DMR, BR, Carbine, and Storm Rifle.
The only thing we know about the human shotgun is that it’s in the game. Nothing more.
Oh praise the lord. So now my question is, how do we unlock load out weapons, and how does that correlate to custom games? Also will the be a load-out-less, weapon-on-map slayer mode?

Its only been seen in the RVB trailers, the reach model might I add. Not sure if the model is a placeholder or not though.
