UNSC Eternity | How much it's known about it?

So, recently, I’ve heard of another Infinity-class supercruiser named UNSC Eternity. Many sources say it’s incomplete, that it’s production started not too long ago (may be wrong), and that some of it’s parts we’re given to repair it’s sister ship, the UNSC Infinity, which delayed it’s progress. Aside from this, I was unable to find more info about it. Is there more information regarding this ship? At what point in time of the Halo Universe do you think it would be complete? Do you think it would still be worth it?

We didn’t learn of the Eternity until recently when Warfleet was released. So there’s basically nothing that we know aside from:

  • Infinity-class - incomplete - premanufactured modules were swapped over to INF-101As for completion, I don’t see that happening until after the Created threat is dealt with. Whether or not it’s worth it by then, well, it depends on the state of the universe, but I’d say probably.

I believe Warfleet is the only time Eternity has ever been mentioned. We may get more information as future novels and media get released, but, until then, who knows.

Yeah, Warfleet was its origin point. It was also the source that finally confirmed that Infinity was the “lifeboat” that was mentioned as far back as The Impossible Life and Possible Death of Preston J Cole.
