On this ^^ chart, second emblem in in the ‘OTHER’ column. Does any one know how to unlock it? Google has not helped.
My guess is that it’s Spartan Ops related, scroll over the career tab ^^^^^ and you’ll see it.
Where under my career tab will it say how I unlock what emblems? Because I haven’t seen that

It’s the Specializations. Through each 10 levels the specializations offer you’ll get visor colors, armor and emblems.
