I don’t think it works until Feb 21 when it’s released to everyone, kinda like the banished Xbox controller. But that’s just a guess.

I agree. It’s also possible that it might be activated via a feature that won’t be added until the main release.

Full release is out, anybody know yet what this is for?

They just don’t have the skin system implemented yet, it will show up in a patch sometime in the next month I’d bet. Not exactly a critical feature, and the only skin available took 10 seconds to earn. I’m sure there will be ones for micro-transaction sales eventually.
