On this picture of some of the content for the Champions Bundle, I noticed this DMR skin with blue patterning,. However, I cant find it anywhere. Does anyone know more about it?

I bought the bundle and yet I haven’t either the blue or orange DMR skin myself. I don’t use the gun very much, but as those two were advertised as bonus content for buying the bundle, I’d like to actually have them.
It will be unlocked around late september with the MacFarlane Series 2 toys. You would have to buy the CIO figure.
It is possible to use it in game right now with a gametype trick some forum members shared last night.

The advertisement you’re referring to was fan-made and incorrect.

As pointed out, the BONES skin comes with the CIO figure from McFarlane Toys. Out in September.
The orange skin is STRIPED. You unlock it by having played SPARTAN Assault.
