I keep recieving Unrecognized Disc Error when I attempt to start Halo 4 up to play, ever since I downloaded the recent title update via xbox. I contacted microsoft support they already had me delte all halo 4 stuff from harddrive and delte cache and unplug power. That didnt solve problem, I even bought a brand new game disc and it recieves the same error message. Microsoft Support said 343 knows how to solve issue via giving me some sort link to download something to a flashdrive and save to my xbox. If that is true can 343 please post it.
It’s obviously your Xbox 360. You might want to check out that download you were talking about.
